Once registered, the order is made available on the delivery date chosen by the user. Quadriparc does not ship orders. They are available at the following address: Quadriparc 2 rue du lac 10270 Mesnil-Saint-Père.
QUADRIPARC cannot be held responsible for the loss, misdirection or theft of a control. The risks shall be borne by the User from the moment the products have been delivered to him.
Upon receipt, the User and QUADRIPARC examine the order and its conformity to the purchase order. If the non-conformity is confirmed by QUADRIPARC, the user is either reimbursed the sums corresponding to the price(s) of the goods or services acquired by him, or compensated by the exchange of the non-conforming goods or services within a period of 7 days.
CANCELLATION OR RETRACTATION
Up to 48 hours before the start of the rental, the cancellation does not generate any fees. In the event that you cancel within the 48 hours preceding the start of the reserved period, a lump sum amount of €17 excluding taxes remains due and cannot be refunded.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised when the service has been performed or the property used.
